All orders for non personalized, regular priced merchandise placed between November 1-December 15 can be exchanged through January 31.
Hill Country Cotton will replace any item with a manufacturers defect within 30 days of purchase. Please be sure that the merchandise is returned in its original condition (unworn, unused and unwashed) and that you include the order number and your reason for return. After 30 days, all sales are final. Please request an exchange form through the “Contact Us” page on this site.
On all other regular priced purchases, we will be glad to exchange your item for a different item or size, or, issue you a merchandise credit within 30 days of purchase. All exchanges/returns must be in original condition (unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original packaging). We will be unable to process any exchange or merchandise credit that does not meet the above criteria. A 20% restocking fee and return postage will be charged on all exchanges/merchandise credits. Your merchandise credit will be sent to you via email and will be valid for 12 months. We are sorry, however, items that have been personalized or are clearance or sale priced, can not be exchanged. After 30 days, all sales are final.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your exchange or merchandise credit to be processed.
