Personalized/Custom Orders:
Due to the nature of personalized and custom orders, once an order has been placed it can not be changed or canceled. All orders are processed exactly as written, so please be sure to review prior to submitting. If an error is made on our end, we will correct it as soon as we can. If an item is no longer available or out of stock, we will work with the customer on an acceptable replacement.
Hill Country Cotton is not responsible for mistakes made by the customer ie. name spelled incorrectly, monogram not listed in the order to be processed.

Exchange/Refund Policy:

For the safety of our employees and customers, we are suspending our normal exchange policy until further notice.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED AT THIS TIME.
