We really don’t want you to be disappointed so please read carefully:
If an item is no longer available, and you do not list a 2nd/3rd choice, your order will be delayed. If possible we will contact you for an alternate choice, however, your order may be shipped without notification of items being sold out.
Shop Closing Schedule: So that we may enjoy the Holidays with our families, Hill Country Cotton will be closed from December 16, 2017 – January 2, 2018. All orders received after 2:00 PM CT on December 15, will be processed when we reopen January 3.
As always, please contact us with any questions. Any inquiries placed after December 15 will be returned when we reopen in January.
We always try to meet our estimated in-house processing times, however, processing times are approximate and not guaranteed.
Hill Country Cottons ships within the US only and ships all packages via priority mail. Insurance up to $50 is included at no additional charge. If you choose to purchase additional insurance, please add it at checkout. Once shipped, priority mail typically takes 2-3 business days to most areas (this will be higher during peak shipping times such as the Christmas Season). Please note that this is shipping time only and does not include “in-house processing times”.
Please remember, Shipping and processing estimates are just that, estimates.
